Steve has:
- Served as Executive Director of the Association of Boards of Certification (ABC)
- Developed hundreds of operator certification exams for ABC and state certification programs.
- Spearheaded the validation of ABC’s “Need-to-Know” job analyses, exam questions, and certification exams for operators of: wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, distribution systems, very small water systems, collection systems, and industrial waste plants; water and wastewater laboratory analysts; and backflow prevention device testers.
